I am a 37-year old licensed real estate broker and full-time investor specializing in buying and selling turnaround properties on the south side of Chicago. I am also an occasional gambler, Civil War buff, and, sometime cidermaker. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1993 and received a law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1997. Even passed the Illinois bar that year on my first try!
And then never practiced.
A fact that continues to astound and confuse everyone except lawyers. Especially my grandmother.
Instead, I have been in real estate—first commercial, and now primarily residential—ever since.
And I was once almost killed in a skydiving accident. And my favorite color is orange…
That’s about it.
Oh! And my wife is beautiful.

Wondering if you were still meeting up for the day challenge. I would love to get together with you.
